The Growth Regulators Laboratory Team at CMSC 2025!
Our colleagues Ivo Chamrád, Natálie Zemánková, René Lenobel, and Chao Zhang represented the laboratory at the 13th Conference of the Czech Mass Spectrometry Society (together with the 11th Informal Proteomics Meeting) in České Budějovice.
At this meeting, they presented their latest projects: Natálie introduced an integrative proteomic and hormonomic analysis of the barley mutant chlorina f2f2, Ivo spoke about comparing FAmOS and density gradient methods for organelle isolation, and Chao described the application of imaging mass spectrometry for tracking hormonal changes under various biotic stresses. René Lenobel also served on the evaluation panel for poster presentations.
The CMSC 2025 meeting was highly inspiring — it brought many stimulating discussions, (old-)new contacts, and an overall boost of motivation for further work in plant proteomics research.
