Five members of our laboratory participated in the 11th Root Development Symposium held in Specchiolla, Italy. The symposium focused on root biology, covering primary, lateral, and adventitious roots, and highlighting roots as products of genetic regulation and plant–environment interactions.
As part of this long-standing and prestigious symposium series, the event provided an excellent platform for exchanging recent discoveries and innovative ideas across both fundamental and applied aspects of root induction and development.
Our group contributed four poster presentations, and PhD student Mgr. Barbora Slovjaková was selected for an oral presentation, where she presented her research on Sugar Flow Engineering: CARMA-ARR7 Tunes Sugar Rresponsiveness of CANAR

- Mgr. Jakub Lemberk – Mapping cell-type specific phytohormone distribution at the (sub)cellular level
