Five members of our laboratory participated in the 11th Root Development Symposium<\/strong> held in Specchiolla, Italy. The symposium focused on root biology, covering primary, lateral, and adventitious roots, and highlighting roots as products of genetic regulation and plant\u2013environment interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this long-standing and prestigious symposium series, the event provided an excellent platform for exchanging recent discoveries and innovative ideas across both fundamental and applied aspects of root induction and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our group contributed four poster presentations, and PhD student Mgr. Barbora Slovjakov\u00e1<\/strong> was selected for an oral presentation, where she presented her research on Sugar Flow Engineering: CARMA-ARR7 Tunes Sugar Rresponsiveness of CANAR<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Mgr. Tereza Miksteinov\u00e1 – Biosensors in determining the role of gibberellins in the response to osmotic stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mgr. Jakub Lemberk – Mapping cell-type specific phytohormone distribution at the (sub)cellular level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
