- Development of methods for isolation and profiling of phytohormone metabolites in various plant species with tissue-, cell- and organelle resolution
- Development of new approaches for organelle isolation, mapping phytohormone distribution within plant cell
- Studying of phytohormone biosynthesis and metabolism using in vivo stable isotope labelling and mass spectrometry
