Research focus
- Development and application of new isolation and purification methods combined with modern analytical techniques (based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry) for the determination of active compounds in various types of biostimulants (smoke waters, seaweed extracts, vermicomposts, etc.) and testing their biological activity on selected economically important plant species grown under normal conditions and abiotic stress.
- Organic synthesis and analytical chemistry of cytokinin derivatives, including isotopically or fluorescently labeled compounds, and testing their biological activity in vitro, in vivo, and in field experiments on selected economically important plant species grown under normal conditions and abiotic stress.
