- Development and application of new methods for the isolation of plant signaling compounds of isoprenoid character
- Development and application of modern analytical methods for trace and ultra-trace analysis of plant signaling molecules of isoprenoid character
- Chemical aspects of trace and ultra-trace analysis with a particular focus on gibberellins, brassinosteroids, plant ecdysteroids, steroidal saponins, plant sterols, and other biologically important plant isoprenoids
