Research interests

  • Natural product synthesis and (plant) biosynthesis determination with main interest in plant secondary metabolites (phenylpropanoids, macrolides) and plant hormones (gibberellins)
  • Development of synthetic methods and reagents for diversity-oriented chemistry and organocatalysis (pluripotent reagents, organocatalyst development)
  • Bio-inspired non-covalent interaction-driven stereoselective connective transformation development
